COGEGUM GFR/340 is a fire retardant, low smoke and halogen free compound "ambient curing", consists of a sile pregrafted base compound and a catalyst masterbatch (Sioplas method). Besides good mechanical, electrical and burning properties.
In order to prevent prescorching the pregrafted compound and the catalyst masterbatch must be stored separately and mixed only when used.
Cogegum® GFR/340 is a silane crosslinkable, halogen free and flame retardant compound for insulation of electric cables working at severe temperature conditions, due to environmental characteristics or to the heat generated by the electric device itself
Cogegum® GFR/340 can be used in L.V. power cables, signal and control cables
Cogegum® GFR/340 is also suitable for sheathing purposes using a d.d.r. not exceeding 1.5-2.0
