Cogegum® GFR XLPO-HFFR
The Cogegum® GFR grades are silane cross-linkable Halogen Free Fire Retardant compounds, mainly used for Wire and Cable insulation and sheathing applications.
Cogegum® GFR XLPO grades allow fast curing in ambient moisture and are ready-to-use on conventional thermoplastic extruder lines. They are suited for applications requiring chemical and weathering resistance (oil, fuels, alkaline, acids, mud, UV) in a wide working temperature range with high flame retardant properties and ROHS compliance

Cross-linkable in ambient condition, low smoke Halogen Free Fire Retardant (LS0H-FR) Insulation/sheathing grade with high resistance to flame, hot deformation along with improved processability. Wide range of applications, including EI5, BS7211, Building wire and cables working at severe temperature conditions.

GFR 325

Cross-linkable in ambient condition, low smoke Halogen Free Fire Retardant (LS0H-FR) Insulation grade. Outstanding flame retardancy with intumescent effect burning behavior; wide range of applications, including EI5, Building wire, fire survivor cables.

GFR 1404

Cross-linkable in ambient condition, low smoke Halogen Free Fire Retardant (LS0H-FR) Insulation grade EI5, HF90 for high-speed extrusion process. High resistance to flame and hot deformation.

GFR 1804

Cross-linkable in ambient condition, low smoke Halogen Free Fire Retardant (LS0H-FR) Insulation grade EI5, HF90 with enhanced thermomechanical properties. High resistance to flame and hot deformation.

GFR 1407-52 EXP

Cross-linkable in ambient condition, low smoke Halogen Free Fire Retardant. FR-XLPE, insulation grade with excellent electrical and mechanical properties. Ideal solution to upgrade XLPE insulated cable, where high flame retardancy is required like for CPR, Building & Construction cables.

GFR 1614

Cross-linkable in ambient condition, low smoke Halogen Free Fire Retardant. FR-XL EPR/HEPR, insulation grade with excellent electrical and mechanical properties. Ideal solution to upgrade EPR-HEPR insulated cable, where high flexibility and flame retardancy is required like for CPR, Building & Construction, Electronic cables.

GFR 1703

Cross-linkable in ambient condition, low smoke Halogen Free Fire Retardant (LS0H-FR), flexible Insulation/sheathing grade. For increased heat-resistant cables working at severe temperature conditions, including PV, heat resistant and industrial cables.

GFR 340

Cross-linkable in ambient condition, low smoke Halogen Free Fire Retardant (LS0H-FR) Insulation/sheathing grade. Oil and fuel resistant grade with high electrical properties also in wet conditions. Usable in severe environmental conditions: -60°C up to 125°C Dry, UL Wet rating 90°C. UL44 and UL758 XL type.

GFR 320

Cross-linkable in ambient condition, low smoke Halogen Free Fire Retardant (LS0H-FR) Insulation/sheathing grade. Offering excellent resistance to oil, fuel and aggressive fluids. Main applications are power, signal, control and special cables, including railway rolling stock, ship wiring, on-shore and off-shore platform wiring.

GFR 360

Cross-linkable in ambient condition, low smoke Halogen Free Fire Retardant (LS0H-FR) Insulation/sheathing grade. Improved flexibility, excellent resistance to oil, fuel and aggressive fluids. Main applications refer to power, signal, control and special cables, including railway, rolling stock, ship wiring, on-shore and off-shore platform wiring.

GFR 365

Cross-linkable in ambient condition, low smoke Halogen Free Fire Retardant (LS0H-FR) sheathing grade. Excellent combination of outstanding flame retardancy and flexibility, with high oil and fuel resistance. For railway, rolling stock, shipboard, on-shore, off-shore, windmill power-signal, communication and industrial cables.
